I have reworked my prices.  I want to be 20% lower that everyone else in Christchurch.

Other companies have set price ranges.
Eg House Wash size from 120 to 200m2 will cost $359.  Thats a cost of $1.80pm2

I have a price range too but Im making sure my prices are 20% lower and worked out per square meter within the range.
Eg House Wash size from 120 to 200m2 will cost $288.  Thats a cost of $1.44pm2
So 120m2 will cost $172 and 200m2 will cost $288.

For a package deal :- House, Gutters, Roof and Driveway I will discount the total cost by 30%.

I will under cut any written quote by 15%.
